• Starting therapy can sometimes feel daunting, confusing and overwhelming, maybe you’re unsure about what you want to work on or what’s ok to talk about, click here to read more about what to expect.

  • The initial sessions will be a space for us to get to know one another, ensuring that you feel safe and comfortable to explore and process further. In the first session we will go through some set questions to learn a bit about what brings you to therapy and explore what you’d like to focus on.

  • The sessions last 50 minutes and will be weekly at the same time, either on Zoom or face-to-face.

  • I offer both – we can work in a way that is on-going or work to a short fixed-term period.

  • My fees are £80 per 50 minute session and I also offer some limited low-cost sessions. You can pay by bank transfer or cash if our sessions are face-to-face.

  • In our sessions together, it is a space for you to bring what feels relevant and important to you. Thinking of goals to focus on are really helpful, I also think it’s important to be flexible to work in an explorative way and not be limited to subjects or topics as everything you bring is important and all part of your lived experience.
