I provide a space for you to feel seen, heard, supported, accepted and validated. I provide a safe environment and working relationship, in which you can bring parts of yourself and your experiences that might be hidden, shameful or particularly difficult to talk about.

I’m interested in you and your unique story and as a therapist I will meet you with empathy, curiosity and without judgement. I will support you in unpacking and processing your struggles and work with you to bring deeper understanding and clarity to these challenges.

I work in a relational way through talking therapy, embodied enquiry and I am also trained in EMDR.

I am dedicated to an anti-oppressive, intersectional practise, welcoming and tending to all parts of your identity and lived experience.

I offer weekly therapy to adult individuals. In-person sessions are in Peckham, London and online sessions are via Zoom.

Each session is 50 minutes long and my fees are £80. I also offer some limited reduced fee slots.

HOW I WORK

I have worked offering therapy to clients with a range of presenting challenges, including relationship/relational struggles, attachment difficulties, trauma, PTSD, identity, sexuality, sex, self-worth, self-image, depression and anxiety
